Wayne Halfpenny is a Consultant in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Barnet and Chase Farm NHS Trust and has over 20 years experience in the speciality. He is qualified both in Medicine and Dentistry and is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons and member of the Association of Facial Plastic Surgeons. He is the Trust lead clinician for Head and Neck Cancer/Reconstruction.
Wayne Halfpenny’s particular clinical interests are in facial reconstruction/plastic surgery, surgical dentistry and temporomandibular (jaw) joint disorders.
He has extensive experience in all aspects of facial plastic surgery (including non-surgical treatment of the ageing face such as Face Lifts and Lip Surgery) and surgical dentistry (wisdom tooth removal, complex extractions, dental cysts (apicectomy) and lesions of the mouth).
Wayne Halfpenny has published over twenty peer- reviewed papers covering all aspects of the speciality and is fully registered with both the General Medical and Dental Council.
