This advanced exfoliation is performed using a wash of fine, medical grade crystals, passed over your skin with a hand held tool designed to remove the very outer layers of skin. The underlying area is stimulated and regenerated. The effects will be permanent although an additional treatment may be recommended to achieve the optimum result.

The procedure is usually performed under local anaesthetic, although a general anaesthetic is sometimes recommended. The amount of recovery time will depend on the extent of the procedure. Many patients will be able to walk away, whilst others may need to rest for up to two weeks. The area will appear red and sore for some time, but the time this takes to fade will depend on your particular operation.
